If we enjoy a really good relationship with people then we don’t have to coerce or persuade them as much, influencing can be sufficient. Building a good relationship takes time, yet can be destroyed in moments, especially if we contravene shared values. This intervention explores the journey towards an outstanding relationship, including what contributes to mutual respect.
